HAND PAINTED MARAUDER'S MAP
Beginning in January of this year I have started hand sketching the intricate design featured on the Marauder's Map, from the third instalment in the "Harry Potter" franchise.

Featured on a built in double door wardrobe, the design stands 42" wide, 77" high.
​
Hand sketching the design I will then move on to painting and adding colour and shadows to make the design pop.
"FANTASTIC BEASTS AND WHERE TO FIND THEM" SUITCASE AND PROPS
For my final project in college I have decided to make the suitcase, the creatures (a niffler and a bowtruckle) and props from the movie "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them."

The project is a year long consisting of three 12 week blocks.
The first block consisted of research into the movie, the production designer and the props I am recreating.
The second block consisted of creating working drawings to use for scale and measurements along with material samples.
The final block is construction where I will build the suitcase, sculpt the creatures and recreate some other props such as posters and a Hufflepuff scarf.
